Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed products that have been unsealed for health or hygiene reasons after delivery (e.g., food supplements). If the seal is broken, we may not accept returns unless the product is defective.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at ask@thalfyrovort.world within the withdrawal period. Include your order number and reason. We will provide return instructions. Products must be returned in original, unopened condition where possible.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we have made an error.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
